Senior Bursar Development Programme
The National Bursars Association's Senior Bursar Development Programme is available to experienced practising Bursars operating as integral members of the School Leadership Team. The programme offers personal and professional development through research and leadership whilst contributing to school improvement and teaching and learning.

The Bursar Induction Programme
The NBA is able to offer a one-day Bursar Induction Programme. This course, applicable for new or recently appointed bursars, is delivered regularly in central locations nationally.

NEBOSH National General Certificate in Health & Safety
The NBA works in partnership with RRC to offer the NEBOSH accredited certificate. Participants attend 3 workshops over a six month period and complete distance learning. Assessment is through a practical risk assessment and 2 x 2 hour exams. This programme is suitable for any support staff with a health and safety remit.

Bitesize Bursar Development
The NBA is willing to support local bursar group with half-day and full-day consultancy services. This can be a very cost effective route for bursar groups to access management development sessions and raise competency levels across the profession.
